Started my career in HVAC in 1997 as a warehouse order puller at SDI in New Orleans, LA.
I worked my way up through trade school, worked as a helper, installer, and service technician, and started my business in 2005 after hurricane Katrina.
I feel like I've learned a lot over the years and have figured out a way to provide our customers with affordable top-notch service while providing our employees with the resources they need to provide for their families, and an awesome work culture.
Steven comes from a family very well known in the HVAC industry. He is a third generation HVAC master. He is very thorough and takes pride in his work. Steven is one of the best commercial installers that I have ever worked with, he is very knowledgeable and knows what it takes to get a job done right.
Derek is one of the best installers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is very thorough and takes pride in his work. Every job has to be designed perfect for Derek, and he will not rest until it is installed perfectly.
Derek is a great leader to our install crew, as he teaches them how to do a job the right way.
James is a great installer, and there is nothing that he can't do. He has learned so much over the years and is very dedicated to the Campo Heating & Air family. From installations, to building duct work at our shop, working on our trucks, I've even called James on a saturday night to go catch an emergency service call. James will work side by side with any of our teammates on any project.
Sean is a great asset to the Campo Heating and Air family. He goes over and beyond on maintaining our Campo Comfort Club members HVAC systems. He always finds potential problems before they happen and provides our customers with options. He also goes the extra mile when cleaning and servicing our customer's systems. Sean takes his time and is very thorough, and inspects everything.
Brandon works well with our install crew, and takes pride in his work. He works side by side and is learning from some of the best installers I've ever worked with.
Devin is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He is very good with the new HVAC technology and works well with tech support. He goes out of his way to keep the customer updated of all issues. Devin is by far one of the best service technicians I have worked with, and I love how he is upfront and honest with our customers. He provides customers with options, and helps them make the right decisions for the comfort.
Not only is Chez my wife, and business partner, she handles daily scheduling, dispatching, and she is in charge of keeping our Campo Comfort Club memberships organized.
Mike and PJ went to trade school together and have worked together off and on since 2001.
Mike is in charge of daily field operations, but he does much more than that. He assists the office manager with dispatching and scheduling.
Mike oversees all invoices created by service technicians to make sure our customers are getting the best value for their services.
Mike and PJ work together on sales to ensure that our customers are getting the best system to fit their needs, at the best value.
